I spearheaded the transition of our Direct Mail program from external agencies to an internal workflow. Collaborating with the Rewards team, I designed a cohesive campaign featuring mailer carriers and postcards. I led the technical coordination with our print vendor (HHG) to master variable data printing (VDP) constraints, conducting live test prints to ensure data accuracy. By bridging the gap between creative design and complex print logistics, I established a new, cost-effective standard for our seasonal outreach.
